FAQ

Description

🟧 Product Overview

Galvalume steel coil (GL), also known as Alu‑Zinc coated steel or AZ steel, is produced by coating cold‑rolled steel with a 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon alloy.

Compared with hot‑dip galvanized steel (HDG), Galvalume offers:

  • 2–6× higher corrosion resistance
  • Superior heat resistance
  • Better surface reflectivity
  • Longer service life in coastal and industrial environments

Galvalume is widely used in roofing, wall cladding, structural components, and outdoor applications requiring long‑term durability.
