Forged and cast media from a dedicated wear-parts base: hardness from 55 to 60 HRC (rare-earth alloy grades reach 60–65 HRC), breakage below 1%, impact value from 12 J/cm² and more than 12,000 drop cycles. Diameters 30–150 mm, packed in steel drums or one-tonne bulk bags.

Buying questions, answered
The five questions that come up in almost every first enquiry.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Tube starts at 1 tonne per size, plate at 1–2 tonnes and coil at 3–5 tonnes. Trial orders are accepted so you can verify hardness, tolerance and packing before scaling up.
How fast can you ship?
Stock sizes leave in 7–10 days. Cut-to-length, slitting, beveling or mill-roll orders take 15–30 days depending on the mill programme.
Do you supply mill certificates and third-party inspection?
Every shipment carries an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek or your own nominated inspector can attend testing and loading.
Can you cut to size or produce to a non-standard grade?
Yes. Cut-to-length, slitting, shearing, beveling and OEM packing are standard. Grades outside the catalogue are sourced from partner mills under the same certificate requirements.
Which payment terms and ports do you work with?
T/T with 30–50% deposit and balance before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. Loading from Qingdao, Tianjin, Shanghai or another Chinese port on request.
